We procure excellent quality farm produce like onion, garlic, ginger and variety of vegetables, grains, pulses and legumes. These are processed to make them recipe-ready. Part of such processed material is meant for instant use, some quantities are kept in the cold storage for the supply against order and some portion goes to the warehouse for onward supply.
The procured material is tested in the laboratory for technical parameters and nutritional values. Grains and pulses are taken for sieving, hulling, cleaning grading and packaging. Whereas, vegetables are taken for cutting, washing, grading, cooking, freezing and packaging.
Process conditions vary depending on the type of farm produce. Raw vegetables are screened and washed in order to remove extraneous elements. Certain vegetables are washed, peeled, trimmed, sliced or diced, as the case may be. They are washed to remove the surface starch, whereas certain vegetables are blanched. This is done with the help of steam or pure water. We process all types of gravies and fresh vegetables with blanching process. They are frozen with blast freezing process.
Products so processed are re-inspected for purity and nutritional values. Care is taken to check whether extraneous matters are totally removed and the final product is ready as per specified requirement.

Here we process all types of gravies and fresh vegetables with blanching process and freezing of the same. We also conduct IQF freezing processes.
We sort all types of dry grain in a mechanised way and do manual sorting as well.
At packaging we package all types of spices and RTE products / kits.
